Visitation Guidelines on Admission 10/20/21
To protect the safety and welfare of all patients, staff and visitors during the COVID-19 pandemic and still facilitate visitation of hospitalized patients by caregivers during the hospital stay, we have implemented the following guidelines:
Covid NEGATIVE patients may have the following:
Inpatients (Med/Surg & ICU) may have visitation by two people between the hours of 10a-12n and/or 4p-6p daily.
Outpatient surgery patients may appoint a primary caregiver who will remain in the same day surgery room on 2nd floor for the entirety of the stay.
ER patients not suspected of having covid may have one caregiver who may enter the ER with them and remain at the bedside throughout the ER stay at the discretion of the clinical care team.
Covid POSITIVE patients will not be allowed visitation unless approved by the physician and/or management team.
Special accommodations may be made at the discretion of Leadership.
**Visitors are required to wear proper face covering while on the premises and are subject to the covid screening, any positive covid screen would prevent visitation unless approved by MD/Management.
