The Pike Medical Foundation announced today the launch of Campaign 2018, with a goal to raise $100,000 for cancer treatment services at Troy Regional Medical Center. "We are very excited to announce this year's giving campaign and look forward to the tremendous community support we have received in years past. The ongoing development of cancer treatment services and the realization of a local cancer treatment center is the focus of the 2018 campaign," Steve Garrott, Pike Medical Foundation Chairman, said.
The Pike Medical Foundation Balloon Release 2018 is now one for the record books with 548 balloons sold for the event! Thanks to the hard work and dedication of the Foundation members, over $50,000 was raised for the Troy Regional Cancer Center. And you may be wondering how far the balloons traveled? The one reported the greatest distance from Troy was located in Crowville, Louisiana! This is the first year the balloons have traveled west! We were so excited to have a winner reported that had "gone the distance!"
